Tampons:
Note: Organic tampons may be less absorbent than synthetic blends, and can shed fibers more easily. These shedded fibers can potentially lead to vaginal irritation in rare cases. Some brands will shed more than others depending on how the fibers are structured. While free from added fragrances and chemicals, they still carry the same risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) and must be used with the same care as conventional tampons.
